About Us
Grier's Office Systems is
in business to provide and service cash register based
systems, computers, networks, supplies and peripherals
to businesses. Grier's Office Systems is located at 62
N. Florida St., in Mobile, AL, centrally located one
mile from the I-65 interstate. Our service area extends
from Gulfport, MS east to Fort Walton Beach, FL and
north 100 miles to the Monroeville and Greenville, AL
area.
Grier's Office Systems
provides and services systems for fine dining, quick
service, and general retail and grocery. Systems range
from touchscreen, scanning, inventory, and simple cash
registers. We provide a service department, and offer
maintenance as well as supplies.
H.S. Grier incorporated
Grier's in August of 1945. The first products were Smith
Corona typewriters and Friden calculators. Cash
registers were added in the early fifties and computers
in the eighties. Victor B. Goldman, H.S. Grier's
son-in-law was elected president in 1974 and remains so
today. Rosa Grier Goldman is the secretary-treasurer.
